Ken Jones

President
Ken Jones serves as the original Board President of The Well Outreach Center (TWOC), a position he has held since joining the board in March 2019. In addition to his leadership at TWOC, Ken is the owner of Fish Window Cleaning, which is a growing and thriving business. He is a dedicated business owner and community leader, committed to fostering support and healing for individuals impacted by trauma. Trained and skilled in facilitating groups using a narrative approach, Ken helps those affected by trauma find their voice and path toward recovery.

Terry Knight

Terry Knight serves as the Board Secretary for The Well Outreach Center (TWOC), a position she has held since May 2021. With a background as a Medical Care Cost Recovery Supervisor at the VA Hospital in Loma Linda, CA, she brings extensive experience in healthcare administration. Beyond her role at TWOC, Terry is deeply engaged in the Yucaipa community, actively participating in both Rotary and Kiwanis, where she pursues her lifelong passion for service and community support.

Greg Franklin

Greg Franklin serves as the Board Treasurer of The Well Outreach Center (TWOC), a role he took on in January 2024. Recently retired from his position as Assistant City Manager for the City of Yucaipa, Greg brings a wealth of experience in public administration and financial oversight. His dedication to the Yucaipa community continues through his service with TWOC, where his expertise helps guide the
organization's financial planning and stewardship.

Jose Banda

Jose Banda has been serving as a dedicated board member for The Well Outreach Center (TWOC) since April 2021. In addition to his contributions to the organization's mission, Jose is the owner of Banda Insurance Specialist, where he brings his extensive business expertise to the field. His commitment to community service and professional background makes him a valuable asset to the TWOC board.

Natalie Brasher

Natalie Brasher has been a dedicated member of the Board of The Well Outreach Center (TWOC) since August 2021. She brings her expertise as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, with a specialization in supporting children's mental health. In addition to her role with TWOC, Natalie is employed with the Yucaipa/Calimesa Joint Unified School District, where she applies her skills and passion to help young students navigate emotional and mental health challenges. Her work fosters resilience and well-being among children in the community.

Sue Morelamd

Sue Moreland has been a valued member of The Well Outreach Center (TWOC) Board since February 2023, following her role as a consultant for the organization from March 2021 to January 2023. With over 15 years of leadership experience as Executive Director/CEO of multiple non-profit organizations, including Friends of Jefferson House in Riverside CA, Jefferson Transitional Programs in Riverside, CA, and Sanctified Hope in Weatherford, TX, Sue has made a lasting impact in the nonprofit sector. She also established "Art Work," an art studio and gallery in Riverside, CA, fostering creative expression in the community. Now retired, Sue continues to contribute her extensive expertise by consulting for nonprofit organizations,

Melissa Williamson

Melissa Williamson has been a dedicated member of The Well Outreach Center (TWOC) Board since its inception, joining as an original board member in March 2019. With her extensive background in education, she currently serves as a school principal within the Colton Unified School District in California. In addition, she is a school board member for the Beaumont Unified School District, where her leadership and vision help shape the future of education in her community. Melissa is also a certified Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) Practitioner through the Karen Purvis Institute of Child Development. As a TBRI Practitioner, she utilizes this trauma informed, attachment-based intervention to support the complex needs of vulnerable children, bringing her passion for child development and emotional healing into every role she serves. Her expertise in both education and trauma-informed care makes her a vital contributor to both her schools and the broader outreach efforts of TWOC.

Vicki Wood

Executive Director, The Well Outreach Center (TWOC)
Vicki Wood has been a dedicated leader in educational and mental health services for over two decades. As an original board member of The Well Outreach Center (TWOC) from March 2019 to August 2021, she played a pivotal role in establishing the organization's mission and vision. Since September 2021,
Vicki has served as the Executive Director, where she continues to drive initiatives that support the community's mental health and well-being. In addition to her role at TWOC, Vicki has been the Acting Director of The Well Counseling Center since 2021, establishing and overseeing its operations and services to ensure that individuals in our community receive the support they need. Vicki's extensive background in education includes a 24-year tenure with the Yucaipa/Calimesa Joint Unified School District (YCJUSD), where she retired as a Special Education Teacher and Program Specialist.

Gabbi Kurth

Gabbi Kurth joined The Well Outreach Center in February 2024 as an Administrative Assistant. With a solid background in communications and graphic design, she specializes in creating promotional materials that enhance TWOC’s brand identity. Gabbi also manages various administrative tasks, including scheduling, event coordination, and facilitating communication between team members and community partners. Additionally, she assists with financial administration, helping to ensure that budgetary and accounting processes run smoothly. Her dedication and diverse skill set contribute to the organization’s mission and impact within the community.
